Congratulations! We welcome prenatal visits at our practice. We set aside a special time each day in which you can come to meet our providers and ask us questions about our services, policies, and views on medical care.

Once you have chosen us as your pediatric provider and go to the hospital for your delivery, they will call us. We ask that you get a discharge summary from the hospital nursery before the leaving hospital as this will provide us with needed information concerning your baby's stay in the nursery.

As you are pregnant or have recently had a baby, we would like to know how you have been feeling. We have a screener, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, that mom completes at the child's 2-week, 2-month, 4-month, and 6-month well check. It will be available on CHADIS to fill out or you can complete the one below to bring to the well check. Due to HIPAA, we can only discuss results of screener if mom is present at appointment.
