AUTISM EVALUATIONS

Dr. Satish Prabhu and Mrs. Jaclyn Perez, FNP complete autism evaluations for our patients. Both providers have been trained in ADOS-2 which is the gold standard for diagnosing autism.

ADOS-2 evaluation includes extensive pre-screening questions, an in-person interview with the parent and one-on-one time with the child. Children are expected to complete multiple activities to evaluate different characteristics of autism such as social, emotional, and physical responses.

If you have developmental concerns for your child, schedule an appointment with your PCP. After evaluation and pre-screening, your PCP will determine if an autism evaluation is appropriate.
